Pamela Wisehaupt Tynan

Pamela Wisehaupt Tynan is a Principal and Fund Manager in the Fixed Income Group of The Vanguard Group. She oversees the daily operations of Vanguard short-term municipal trading desk and all six Vanguard money market funds. Ms. Tynan is directly responsible for the management of the Vanguard Tax-Exempt Money Market Fund, Vanguard Short-Term Tax-Exempt Fund, and Vanguard Limited-Term Tax-Exempt Fund.

Ms. Tynan began her career at Vanguard in January 1982, after graduating with a B.S. degree from Temple University in 1981. She joined Vanguard's Fixed Income Group in September of 1984, and has more than 17 years of investment management experience.
