Vanguard makes BusinessWeek's Customer Service Top 50
The Vanguard Group

 

For the second consecutive year, Vanguard is included in BusinessWeek magazine's "Customer Service Champs," a list of 50 U.S. companies that make customer service a top priority.

BusinessWeek praised Vanguard for an unwavering commitment to customer service. It also cited benefits to investors from the 2007 expansion of Vanguard's enhanced services, which made discounted financial planning and lower online brokerage commissions available to more people.

"Vanguard always puts our clients' needs first," said Tim Buckley, managing director of Vanguard's Retail Investor Group. "We're honored to be considered among the best in terms of customer service and will strive to continue to offer our clients the highest-value investment products at the lowest possible cost."
